Newmanor Law and property consultants Berrys, recently hosted a Roundtable event at The Ivy City Garden, which brought together industry and sector leaders to discuss the issues facing asset owners and how they can take steps to map the road to net zero.
Over an informal breakfast, there was a free and frank discussion of strategies which embed best practice into development and asset management associated with the journey to net zero carbon status for both new developments and existing property assets – all agreed it would be complex when set against the ever-evolving backdrop of broader ESG requirements.
