We have appointed Henry Ryder as Finance Consultant in response to growing demand from lenders seeking specialist support with finance transactions, recovery, and debt restructuring matters.
A finance lawyer with broad experience spanning private practice and in-house roles, Henry joins from A.S.K. Partners, a specialist non-bank real estate lender, where he led the in-house legal team overseeing transaction execution.
James Dakin one of our founder partners says : “We are experiencing a significant surge in work from lenders requiring specialist support across the full spectrum of finance matters, from deal execution to recovery and restructuring, and Henry’s appointment ensures we can meet this growing demand.
“It is gratifying when our growing reputation can attract talented individuals of Henry’s calibre, with such a strong track record across both private practice and in-house environments. His unique perspective, gained from working on both sides of transactions, will prove invaluable to our clients.
“Henry’s experience managing complex finance transactions from initial due diligence through to completion, combined with his practical, commercial approach, made him a natural fit for Newmanor Law.
“I’m confident his arrival strengthens our offering at a critical time for the sector, where lenders are increasingly seeking specialist legal support to navigate complex financing structures and workout scenarios.”
Finance Consultant Henry Ryder said of his appointment: “Newmanor Law’s reputation in the finance sector and its client-focused approach made this an exciting opportunity. The firm’s growing presence among lenders and its commitment to delivering practical solutions aligned perfectly with my own approach to legal practice.
“Having worked in-house at a specialist lender, I understand the commercial pressures and timelines that lenders face. I’m looking forward to applying this perspective at Newmanor Law, helping clients navigate increasingly complex finance transactions and challenging workout situations.
“The surge in demand the firm is experiencing reflects the quality of service it delivers and the strength of the team. I’m confident my experience across acquisition finance, development funding and restructuring will help the firm continue to grow its offering and support its ambitious client base.”
Dakin concludes: “Henry’s appointment demonstrates our commitment to building a team with the depth and breadth of experience needed to support our clients through every stage of the financing lifecycle. His ability to balance technical expertise with commercial pragmatism will strengthen our service considerably.”
