Alex is a finance specialist with over ten years of experience in real estate finance transactions. He has a broad practice involving loan origination, restructuring and enforcement as well as loan book transfers and work relating to loan servicing.

Susan has over 20 years’ experience as a commercial real estate lawyer in city firms, working on complex real estate transactions. Anne is an associate with a longstanding interest in property matters. After spending 9 years as a partner in a business consultancy specialising in helping start-ups in the data, insurance and consultancy sectors, Anne decided to retrain as a solicitor.
She completed the PGDip Law in 2014, winning the Sweet and Maxwell Law Prize for best full-time Postgraduate Diploma in Law student at the University of Brighton, and went on to complete the LPC at the University of Law in 2016.

Kelly studied at the University of Otago and is qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand. Since relocating to London from New Zealand in 2015, she has discovered a passion for property law in the capital.
Having started her legal career at one of London’s top law firms, she is eager to bring her growing experience of both commercial property and real estate financing, as well as her approachable, easy-going and client-based focus to the Newmanor team.

Mandy qualified as a solicitor in an international law firm in August 2019, having gained over 3 years pre-qualification experience advising on a range of commercial property matters, primarily landlord and tenant work, including acquisitions and disposals, developments and portfolio management.
Mandy has had regular exposure and dealings with a broad range of clients, including supermarkets, restaurants and hotels, her approach is always to provide clients with commercial advice whilst remaining practical and personable.
Described as “conscientious, organised and reliable” by colleagues and clients alike, Mandy expects to establish herself at Newmanor Law as a commercial real estate and finance specialist.

Edmund is passionate about PropTech and all things real estate. He joined us from a Legal 500 firm and brings with him a wealth of experience in corporate and structured property transactions, real estate development and secured lending.
Edmund has a Master’s in Law and is pragmatic and down-to-earth in his approach. He believes in utilising technology to better deliver legal services to clients, building strong relationships through close collaboration.

Anna is an environmental health and safety expert with 17 years of experience in international due diligence assessment, monitoring, and project management. Her interest in law has developed over the years and as a result she decided to re-train as a solicitor.
Anna graduated with a first GDL at the University of Law in 2014, where she is currently completing the LPC. She is a people person, devoted team player, and a very attentive and client focused support for all transactions. Anna is fluent in five languages used to working in multinational teams on international projects.

Clodagh has just graduated this year from the University of Birmingham with a first class law degree. Throughout her degree, she developed a keen interest in land and real estate law, which she is excited to explore further and put into practice in the real world.
She is a conscientious, enthusiastic and sociable individual who is delighted to be joining the team at Newmanor to take the next step towards her goal of becoming a solicitor.

Ella joined Newmanor Law with more than 26 years of experience at a leading specialist property law firm, where she was an important part of a team responsible for real estate matters including acquiring or disposing of investment assets and the day-to-day management of property portfolios.
Ella specialises in leasehold work, in particular dealing with short-term leases, licences to assign and 1954 Act renewals. Like everyone at Newmanor Law, she understands the need for rapid responses, proactive and strategic advice to landlord and tenant clients across the office, retail, industrial and leisure sectors.

Desiree is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Economics at Harvard University with plans to go to law school upon graduation. Her work in Harvard’s Institute of Politics, different policy programs, and local government fuel her passion for the field.
Desiree loves to explore new ideas and is inquisitive and adaptable; she excels at communication and is a team player. Using her prior experience as a foundation, she aims to expand her skills in and learn more about a field she hopes to one day be a part of.
