Derrick Semarco is a Paralegal at Newmanor Law, where he supports the team on commercial property and real estate property transactions. His work involves reviewing legal documents such as leases, finance agreements, while engaging with clients and third parties.

Derrick brings previous experience in residential property law, having acted for first-time buyers, lenders, companies and repeat clients. He now utilises these skills within the commercial property and real estate finance team at Newmanor Law.
