Henry Ryder

Henry is a finance lawyer with broad experience spanning private practice and in-house roles. With a strong transactional focus and a commitment to delivering practical, commercial outcomes for clients, his practice focuses on acquisition bridging, investment and development finance, workouts, and financial restructuring. Most recently, he led the in-house legal team at A.S.K. Partners, a specialist non-bank real estate lender, where he oversaw transaction execution. Prior to that, he spent ten years in private practice at leading national and international firms, advising lenders, sponsors, and investors on a wide range of finance transactions.
