Ella Tozzi

Ella joined Newmanor Law with more than 26 years of experience at a leading specialist property law firm, where she was an important part of a team responsible for real estate matters including acquiring or disposing of investment assets and the day-to-day management of property portfolios.

Ella specialises in leasehold work, in particular dealing with short-term leases, licences to assign and 1954 Act renewals. Like everyone at Newmanor Law, she understands the need for rapid responses, proactive and strategic advice to landlord and occupier clients across the office, retail, industrial and leisure sectors.
