We’re delighted to have completed a lease of premises on behalf of our longstanding clients, Moorhall Capital and Rubicon Capital, at St James’s Place, London SW1 so they can continue to grow their real estate finance and capital advisory businesses in the West End. The timetable was short and concentrated in the month of August but we worked fast as a team, always proposing solutions, to push the transaction to completion in just over four weeks. This transaction is yet another great example of how the office market in London is getting back to its feet.
