Oliver White’s work experience review

My day of work experience at Newmanor Law provided a useful perspective about the purchasing of properties and the legal work behind this.

I attended a meeting with key members of the Newmanor team, who explained specific examples of property deals they had been involved in. This showed not only the technical side of how deals were made but also the unique challenges that can come along with them.

I was able to experience the environment of working in a law firm which was helpful for me as I am going to study law at university next year. Each of the members there were also helping me to understand the complex terminology and details of property law. I also saw ways in which the company was trialling new methods to become more efficient on legal tasks and use their time more effectively. Overall, it was a helpful experience which gave me a useful insight into the work which goes into running a law firm.
